Unlike a law office, alcoholic beverage license applications are our only business.
In addition to new license and transfer applications, we handle Corporate change, Endorsement, Removal, Change in Class and Alteration applications. (We do not handle renewal applications)
We assure prompt, personal service at a reasonable fee. (typically 30-50% less than charged by a law office)
Our fee depends on type of application/license, the location, number of owners,etc.
State license and filing fees, legal notice publication and bond fees are additional.
