  1. You can tell just by their homepage and their desperate attempt to get you to use their service that there is something really wrong with their service…

  2. For a sponsored ad… not bad. I won't comment about the "third world" nonsense..
I was a client of PureVPN and it was crap. I couldn't use skype to call my family. I could not even connect the call. Totally blocked. Support insisted that i had to connect to specific servers in order to use skype. So whatever you do, skype/browsing/torrents/etc, you have to use specific servers or else the speeds are not ok.

  3. You should do your research about these services. Most of these crappy ones log data so they are utterly useless. Also they're really slow. Definitely not worth it.

  4. I tried PureVPN for a few weeks. It was god awful. Speeds were constantly under 5mb/s on a 100mb/s connection. One of the worst pay VPNs I've ever used. I cancelled it after two weeks. I'm currently using PIA. It has it's issues too, but it's nothing like the shit show PureVPN was.

  5. Don't use PureVPN — Use Cyberghost
    1) It's garbage, doesn't connect half the time
    2) Really slow
    3) Their support team is awful – when you ask them to cancel the subscription, they send you 4-5 emails to reconsider
